The Mark Wilson's team has finished another successful year and we couldn't have done it without all of your support. This year has flown by, and we have many reasons to celebrate a successful year.
Firstly and most importantly, this year has brought the team closer than ever. The construction of new offices, renovations & remodeling has continued to bring the staff closer to one another in order to improve communication and effective management of processes.
Secondly, this year has brought some changes to the operations at our dealership in order to provide better service to our customers. In 2011 we implemented a new set of inspection guidelines that offer our customers more knowledge about the past of each of our vehicles, by providing them with not only carfax and carproof reports, but our own in-house inspections. This has received a lot of positive feedback from our customer base, because it is a unique and honest approach to the sales process of a pre-owned vehicle. We have nothing to hide, and we pride ourselves in our vehicles.
The previous year has brought exciting new makes and models of vehicles on our lots as well. New 2011 and 2012 body style pre-owned vehicles became available at our dealership, and rare and enticing deals were to be found.
Our in-house professional detailing and polishing departments have been expanded with the addition of new trade-professionals, and more equipment and space to process even more vehicles than before.
Overall, the Wilson's team is very pleased with the changes that occured in 2011, and are very excited to deliver even better service in the coming year.
